Position Summary: The Construction Manager serves to facilitate the implementation of sold construction services. It is the construction manager’s responsibility to analyze and approve each project estimate and determine the best possible plan of attack, and then implement that plan given Air Force One’s construction resources. It is also the construction manager’s responsibility to provide good feedback to the sales associates of setbacks, changes or problems that will affect the original scope of the project.
Education and Experience: Four year bachelor’s degree or industry equivalent. Commercial HVAC Project Management Experience REQUIRED.
Required Certificates, Licenses & Registrations:
OSHA certification a plus. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record and background check.
